Hotel Information

If you plan to stay at the conference hotel, we encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible. The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill. In planning your conference stay please note the following: Conference packets will be available for pickup beginning at 2:00 PM on March 18, 2009 and will be followed by an afternoon welcome reception. Conference sessions begin at 8:30 AM on March 19 and will conclude by 11:30 AM on March 21.

Reservations

Rooms are available for the conference at the prevailing US government per diem rate: $209 per night for single occupancy, plus 14.5% for applicable state and local taxes. Additionally, the following rates are available to conference attendees:

Double Occupancy: $234.00
Triple Occupancy: $259.00
Quadruple Occupancy: $284.00

These rates are available for conference participants for the nights of March 17th, March 18th, March 19th, March 20th and March 21st. We have limited availability at the conference rate for the nights of Tuesday, March 17th and Saturday, March 21st. Should the Passkey system indicate that "No lodging matches your search criteria. Please change your search options and retry," please contact the hotel directly at 202-737-1234 to make your reservation.

To receive the conference rate, you must reserve your room by February 18, 2009.

To make a reservation, use the Passkey online reservation system. To access Passkey:

  1. Go to: https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_ei_new&eventID=75394
  2. Under "Search Available Rooms," select your check-in and check-out dates (between check-in March 17 and March 22 check-out only), and select the number of rooms and number of guests per room.
  3. Click on "Search Rooms."
  4. After you have booked your room, you will receive an email with an acknowledgement number. You may use this number to view your reservation online, where you can modify or cancel your reservation.
