Exhibitor Space

Space for exhibitors at the Title VI 50th Anniversary Conference will be available on Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20 from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Exhibition space will also be available on Saturday, March 21 from 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Requests for exhibition space may be made using the Exhibition Space Request Form. Each exhibition space consists of a table measuring 6'x30" and will have access to a power source.

Requests for exhibition space should explain how the proposed exhibit will support the conference goals (500 words or less). We are particularly interested in exhibits which include specific examples and case studies that showcase the positive outcomes and contributions Title VI programs have made to international education in the United States.

The number of exhibition spaces is limited. Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis to those who effectively propose to represent the conference goals. Notifications of successful requests will be sent the week of February 9, 2009.
